    Q#1: I want to change my delivery address?

    Answer: You cannot change your delivery address when your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you want to change your address before dispatching.

    Q#2: I want to change my product?

    Answer: Before the order is dispatched, cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the desired product.

    Q#3: How do I track my order details?

    Answer: An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    Q#4: Can I still order normally in COVID?

    Answer: We are still taking your online orders.

    Q#5: How do I know my order is confirmed?

    Answer: Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

    Q#6: Can I amend my order?

    Answer: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
